SITES AND PREMISES

At the present the company is situated on industrial complexes at San Vicente de Toranzo and at Castets, taking up about 200,000 m2, of which about 20,000 m2 consist of builidings.

These 20,000 m2 consist of: 3,000 m2 for offices, document storage, the computer workshop, conference room and training workshop; 3,500 m2 occupied by the repair workshop, sharpening workshop and spare parts warehouse; and the remaning 13,500 m2 house the primary and secondary processing production plant.

The 180,000 m2 which are not built on are used for the Raw Materials Yard, Drying, Finished Product Yard, and Parking Area.

As far as the unprocessed forestry products business is concerned, Maderas José Sáiz, S.L. sells on more than 250,000 m3 per year across the different (pine, eucalyptus, fir, ...), varieties and categories of timber, which go to paper mills, wood-based panel manufacturers, adn other sawmills.
